Slide corner pieces into grooves in
wall panels. |

Interlock each wall panel to each corner
piece. |

The textured color should be facing
outward. |

Slide last wall panel into place
between corner pieces. |

Insert the padded foam
floor pieces. |

Place the liner in the
spa structure. |
|
| |
Pull black vinyl
portion of the liner over the top of spa structure. |

Snap each corner
of vinyl onto corner piece of spa structure. |

Attach each fitting on power
pack to each fitting on liner. |

Make sure o-ring and washer
are in place. Hand tighten only. |

Wrap black vinyl cover
piece around fittings between power pack and spa structure. |

Slip air loop onto top
of power pack. |

Fit filters onto PVC inlets on
liner. Cover top with cap pieces. |

Screw inlet nozzle into
dedicated hole next to filters. |

Fill spa to approximately two inches above
filter caps. |

Turn temperature dial to max. Position
(red) until spa has reached desired temperature. |

Max. temp = 104 degrees. |

Push Black Button on power pack to
activate blower. |
